30 min on Cyber Stepper Machine
6 sets of hip thrusts
1 set - 20 reps with empty bar
2,3 set - 12 reps with heavy weight
4th set - 6 reps heaviest you can do
5th set - 10 reps back to heavy weight
In between each set instead of rest I did 30 reps of standing side lateral raises ( 10 reps with heavy weight, 10 reps with medium, 10 reps with light)
I had 10-15 sec rest in between each exercise.
At the end I did kick backs on the incline bench with 5 lbs weight in each leg. 4 sets with 30 reps in each set (15 to the back and 15 to the side) I'll post the video of this exercise later.
Glutes were killed, shoulders were pretty tired and pumped. Mission accomplished!
