Recently I took a trip to the Bahamas, it was a cruise. The top deck of the ship had a very nice running track, where I ran evey morning. Below you will find a routine for one of my morning workouts. You can do this workout anywhere, but it works great especially when you're on vacation ;)
Please keep in mind that this wasn't an olympic size track, probably half the size of a standard one. It's a ship, I was lucky to have one at all!
Here we go!
10 laps of jogging to warm up
14 laps of sprinting (1 lap - speed walk - 1 lap - sprint with your max speed, comes out to 7 laps of sprints and 7 laps of speed walk)
3 x 40 walking lunges
3 x 20 pop squats
3 x 20 jumping lunges
After this workout you can fully enjoy the rest of your day on your vacation without worrying about extra calories, because you just burned a hell of a lot!!
